During my stay over Christmas, I found the hostel to have a great atmosphere. the common areas were cozy and provided nice places to relax and hang out. the staff were very helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with any queries or recommendations. the location was excellent, with supermarkets, the city center, and the bus station all within easy reach. the tasty breakfast, with the self-baked bread, jam, peanut butter, tea, and coffee.
There were a few aspects that could have been improved. One issue was the limited access to the kitchen between 5 and 8:30 PM, which made it challenging to cook during those hours.

The location of the hostel is very convenient, being very close to the main downtown area of Bariloche. This makes it easy to explore the town, catch a bus to the lakes or to the airport.
One guest mentioned an uncomfortable experience with other guests in their dorm room, where a couple was given a single bed and displayed inappropriate behavior.

The value for money at this little gem of a hostel was fantastic. Our room wasvery comfy and tidy, and the location was perfect for exploring. The staff at Patagonia Jazz were friendly and treated us like old friends.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast even better was if there were more vegan options available.
